Kelly McLaughlin is a 26-year educator who has served as a high school English teacher, literacy facilitator, program advisor for the DESE charter schools office, and currently serves as the state program advisor for National Board, Opportunity Culture, and EdReflect.  In my current role, I serve as a support to districts with teacher recruitment and retention.  In addition, I serve as the Educator Effectiveness and Licensure onboarding lead as well as serve on the DESE onboarding committee
