Jessica Neill is passionate about ensuring that school environments are conducive for student learning. Currently, she serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Northeastern Wayne Schools which is located in east central Indiana. Prior to joining the ranks of district leadership, she was an elementary principal and an elementary instructional coach. Mrs. Neill was awarded a Woodrow Wilson Fellowship in Business Administration in 2016 at the University of Indianapolis. Additionally, she has extensive background in early literacy and in social and emotional learning.
